Systemic constellation work

Seeing what lies beneath.

A gentle, experiential way of bringing hidden dynamics into view — and opening space for a different relationship with what is.

What is a constellation?

We are individuals — and we are part of living systems.

Family and systemic constellations explore how belonging, relationships, history and unseen loyalties may influence the present. By giving elements of a system a place in the room, patterns that are difficult to think our way through can become visible and felt.

This is not about blame or certainty. It is an invitation to observe with respect, allowing fresh understanding and movement to arise.

Jani's approach

Respecting the pace and wisdom of the system.

Jani's work is intuitive, spacious and grounded in extensive constellation training. She holds the process with care, following what emerges rather than forcing a predetermined resolution.

Constellations can be explored one-to-one using objects or markers, or in a group with representatives. Online circles make the work available across distance.
